Saturday recipe

green vegetable pasta

for 2; 6 asparagus, 2 celery, 4 red radish, 2 handful arugula, 4 handful pasta

1-cook pasta with sea salt (al dente)

2-sauteed asparagus, red radish & celery with extra virgin oil

3-add pasta, arugula, white wine, sea salt & black pepper cook for 2min

 

place on bowl and add parmesan cheese & FINISH!!
