ginger cranberry pumpkin~
1-Boil pumpkin in water for 2min with pinch of sea salt (after water boiled)
this will make pumpkin soft without burning
2-Cook pumpkin & ginger with olive oil with slow heat till pumpkin get soft
3-add cranberry, pine nuts, sea salt & sweet wine wine/sake cook till wine will be gone
4-finish with black pepper!!
