Apricot couscous

1- Near East roasted garlic,olive oil couscous
1- Apricot ( I use hard tart one)
1/4- orange pepper
2 stick(?) - celery
Cilantro -much as you like
Raw almond- hand full
Golden raisin -hand full
Sea salt,black pepper, olive oil


Cook couscous in saucepan (follow the package detection)
In different saucepan,sautéed orange pepper and celery with slow heat,so get softer and sweeter(pepper!) with olive oil.
Add apricot,almond and raisin in the end. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and mix to couscous with cilantro.
Finish!!!
