saturday recipe - artichoke hearts w/elbow pasta

Here is what we have.
Half box of elbow pasta
1bottle of artichoke in olive oil
5piece of sun dried tomato
sliced raw almond
Herb goat cheese
Caper( I used 2 tea spoon)
Spanish rose wine
1-Boil elbow pasta in sea salted water( make sure it is aldente)
2- Sauteed artichoke & dried sun tomato with olive oil, & add pasta.sliced almond, caper and rose wine.
adjust with sea salt and black pepper.
3- Finish with goat cheese

It came out pretty good!!
