Saturday recipe - beets salad

1-Cut the edge of beets & boil with skin till beets get soft (it's easy to peel off after boil! you can peel skin off just sliding finger against skin)
2-Cut smaller & toss with tea spoon of olive oil, pine nuts, sea salt and cirantoro
3-place on top of sliced cucumber and finish with goat cheese and black pepper
Finish!!

ginger cranberry pumpkin~

Sweet pumpkin with ginger & cranberry!!
1-Boil pumpkin in water for 2min with pinch of sea salt (after water boiled)
this will make pumpkin soft without burning
2-Cook pumpkin & ginger with olive oil with slow heat till pumpkin get soft
3-add cranberry, pine nuts, sea salt & sweet wine wine/sake cook till wine will be gone
4-finish with black pepper!!

green vegetable pasta

for 2; 6 asparagus, 2 celery, 4 red radish, 2 handful arugula, 4 handful pasta

1-cook pasta with sea salt (al dente)

2-sauteed asparagus, red radish & celery with extra virgin oil

3-add pasta, arugula, white wine, sea salt & black pepper cook for 2min

place on bowl and add parmesan cheese & FINISH!!

GILDA'S BISCOTTI.

This is the best biscotti I ever had. I don't know how to explain. In Japanese, "Sakusaku"
It is cut in small, so it's easy to eat. It's light & crispy!!
It's come from Salem,NJ, super hand made & super local.The egg they use come from 2miles away.

I had Chocolate espresso.
They also have Lemon fig, Orange almond, Cherry pistachio.....it's all sounds good..

Gunji-San gave me this beautiful matsutake mushroom.

It was delicious! And I save broth. I think I will make some Takikomi-
gohan.
